Hallmark Channel - Disappointed in Hallmark
Just to let you know that Hallmark has disappointed MANY viewers! For a few years Hallmark has shown excellent and wholesome movies and "made for TV" series on two channels.
We have really enjoyed and appreciated viewing these two channels. Our entire family, young and old alike, have loved these shows. Suddenly, Hallmark is charging for the wholesome movies and series pieces by adding a third channel - which has a price tag. Many of our retired friends on fixed incomes have appreciated having "good" tv to watch.
Cable is already expensive enough. The two "no charge" Hallmark channels are now only showing reruns of old TV shows. Though some are enjoyable, you have taken away the best and most recent original Hallmark shows. This is a sad day for many who thought so highly of Hallmark.
Your channels and your stores are no longer on our list of favorites. You have become like so many other companies - it is not about being great, it is about money.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: Go back to serving the people, and quit being self serving..

Instead of paying an exorbitant amount of money each month for cable tv, why not dump it and just keep your internet access, which you obviously have as you are posting here. Then, get a Roku or Amazon Fire stick and stream Netflix, Amazon Prime, Acorn, Britbox, etc. You will find yourself paying much less per month than with cable----unless you really need and watch all those cable channels, you will have a much better variety of shows you want to watch whenever you wish.
